Lacoma Eye Drops contain Latanoprost, a prostaglandin that lowers high eye pressure. It is used to treat glaucoma and ocular hypertension by improving fluid drainage. Active Ingredient: Latanoprost 0.005% w/v.

Suggested Use
Lacoma Eye Drops are indicated for:
- Reduction of elevated intraocular pressure (IOP) in patients with
- Open-angle glaucoma
- Ocular hypertension
Lowering high eye pressure can help prevent vision loss and damage to the optic nerve.
Dosage:
- Adults (including the elderly):
- Instil 1 drop into the affected eye(s) once daily in the evening.
- Do not exceed the prescribed dose, as more frequent administration may reduce effectiveness.
- Children and Adolescents:
- Safety and efficacy in children have not been fully established; use only if prescribed by a physician.
Instructions for Use:
- Wash hands before and after application.
- Tilt your head back and gently pull the lower eyelid to create a small pocket.
- Instil one drop into the eye.
- Close your eyes for a minute and avoid blinking excessively.
- If using other eye medications, allow at least 5 minutes between applications.
Warning
- Avoid using Lacoma Eye Drops if you are allergic to any of its components.
- May cause changes in eye colour, eyelash growth, and pigmentation of periocular tissues.
- Not recommended for individuals with a history of respiratory problems such as asthma.
- Consult your doctor before using this medication if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- Remove contact lenses before application and wait at least 15 minutes before reinserting them.
