Dulcolax 10mg Suppositories are fast-acting rectal laxatives designed to provide relief from occasional constipation. Each suppository is individually wrapped for hygiene and ease of use. They are suitable for adults and children aged 10 years and above and deliver predictable and effective relief, usually within 10-30 minutes. Active Substance: Bisacodyl 10mg per suppository.

Suggested Use
Dulcolax Suppositories are indicated for:
- Relief of occasional constipation.
- Preparation for medical examinations or procedures that require bowel emptying.
- Situations where easier bowel evacuation is necessary (e.g., before surgery or certain diagnostic tests)
Dosage:
For adults and children over 10 years old:
- 1 suppository (10 mg) per day, inserted rectally.
- It is recommended to retain the suppository for 15 to 20 minutes for optimal results.
For children aged 6 to 10 years:
- Consult a healthcare professional for appropriate dosing
Administration Instructions:
- Remove the suppository from its packaging.
- Insert it into the rectum with the pointed end first.
- There is no need to remove it after insertion; it will dissolve and be evacuated naturally by the body.
Warning
- Do not use Dulcolax if you are allergic to bisacodyl or any other ingredients in the product.
- Discontinue use if you experience severe abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, or rectal bleeding.
- Not recommended for children under 6 years old without medical advice.
- Prolonged use may lead to dependency; consult a doctor if symptoms persist beyond 7 days
