Suggested Use
Contiflo XL is prescribed to alleviate the symptoms of BPH, such as difficulty urinating (hesitation, straining), weak urine stream, frequent urination (including at night), and urgent need to urinate.
The typical dosage of Contiflo XL is one capsule taken once daily, preferably at the same time every day. Swallow the capsule whole with a glass of water.
Do not crush, chew, or break open the capsule. It may take a few weeks to fully experience the effects of Contiflo XL.
Warning
- Do not take Contiflo XL if allergic to tamsulosin or any capsule ingredients.
- Use caution when driving or operating machinery due to potential dizziness.
- Be aware of blood pressure reduction and fainting risk when changing positions, especially in warm weather.
- Notify your doctor if considering cataract surgery, as Contiflo XL may cause floppy iris syndrome.
- Disclose all medical conditions and medications to your doctor before starting Contiflo XL
