Regularly check electrolyte levels. Use caution in patients with severe kidney problems and monitor kidney function. Be cautious if you have liver problems as Telmisartan is eliminated through bile. Not safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Stop use if pregnant. Allergic reactions can occur, discontinue use if suspected. Avoid using with medications that increase potassium levels.
