Amtel 80/10mg Tablets help control high blood pressure. They contain two active ingredients that work together to ease blood vessels, boost blood flow, and lower blood pressure. Active Substances: Telmisartan 80mg and Amlodipine 10mg:

Suggested Use
Amtel 80/10mg Tablets are used to:
- Treat high blood pressure (hypertension).
- Help prevent complications associated with high blood pressure, such as strokes, heart attacks, and kidney problems.
Dosage:
- Adults: Take one tablet daily, preferably in the morning, with or without food. Swallow the tablet whole with water.
- Consistency: Take the medication at the same time each day for optimal results.
- Do not exceed the prescribed dose.
Warning
- This medication should not be initiated in patients who are not already stabilized on individual components.
- Consult a healthcare professional before use if pregnant or planning to become pregnant.
- Common side effects may include dizziness, swelling of the legs or ankles (oedema), and low blood pressure. More serious side effects should be reported immediately to a healthcare provider.
- Patients should be monitored for signs of hypotension, especially after initiating therapy or increasing the dose.
