Hydrochlorothiazide can cause imbalances in electrolytes and fluids, such as low potassium, low sodium, and low magnesium. It is important to regularly monitor your electrolyte levels, especially if you are at risk. If you have mild to moderate liver problems, use Carditan H Tablets with caution. Avoid using them if you have severe liver problems. If you have an allergic reaction to Carditan H Tablets, stop taking them and seek appropriate medical treatment.
