Avoid taking Bipreterax 5mg/1.25mg if you are allergic to perindopril, ACE inhibitors, indapamide, sulfonamides, or any other ingredients in this medication. Do not use this drug if you have diabetes, impaired kidney function, are on aliskiren for blood pressure, have severe liver disease, hepatic encephalopathy, or are beyond 3 months pregnant. If you develop allergic symptoms such as shortness of breath, skin rash, facial or neck swelling, low blood pressure, or dizziness, discontinue the medication immediately and consult your doctor or pharmacist.
