Canespor Solution is a potent topical antifungal treatment specially formulated to combat fungal infections affecting the skin and nails. Its robust formula targets fungi, eases symptoms, and accelerates the healing process, offering relief from discomfort and halting the infection’s spread. Key Ingredients: Bifonazole: 1% (w/w) – Bifonazole, an imidazole antifungal agent, hinders ergosterol synthesis, a vital component of fungal cell membranes. This interference boosts membrane permeability, leading to cell death. Urea: 40% (w/w) – Urea functions as a keratolytic agent, aiding in the softening and breakdown of thickened, infected skin and nails, thereby enhancing bifonazole’s penetration and efficacy.

Canespor Solution is used to treat fungal infections of the skin and nails. It can help with conditions like athlete’s foot, jock itch, ringworm, and onychomycosis. To use it for skin infections, apply a thin layer to the affected area once a day before bedtime. Make sure the area is clean and dry before applying. Treatment can last for 2 to 4 weeks depending on the severity and location of the infection. For nail infections, apply Canespor Solution once a day to the infected nail and surrounding skin. Cover the treated nail with a waterproof plaster for 24 hours. After that, remove the plaster, soak the nail in warm water, and gently file down the softened nail tissue. Repeat this process daily until the infected nail tissue is removed, usually within 7 to 14 days. After removing the infected nail, continue using Canespor Cream or another antifungal treatment on the nail bed for several weeks to completely get rid of the infection.
