Telmicos H Tablets are primarily used to:
- Lower high blood pressure levels
- Reduce the risk of cardiovascular events such as strokes and heart attacks
- Manage fluid retention (oedema) caused by heart failure, liver cirrhosis, or nephrotic syndrome
Dosage:
The typical dosage is one tablet daily, taken with or without food. It’s important to take the medication at the same time each day.

Warning
- Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
