Lacoma-T Eye Drops is an eye solution that reduces high intraocular pressure in glaucoma and ocular hypertension. It contains Latanoprost (0.005%), which increases fluid drainage, and Timolol (0.5%), which decreases fluid production, working together to prevent vision loss and related complications.

Suggested Use
Lacoma-T Eye Drops is primarily used for:
- Intraocular Hypertension: To reduce elevated pressure inside the eye.
- Open-Angle Glaucoma: To manage and lower the pressure in the eye to prevent further damage.
Dosage:
- Adults and Elderly: The recommended dosage is one drop in the affected eye(s) once daily, preferably in the evening. If a dose is missed, continue with the next dose as scheduled. Do not double the dose to make up for the missed one.
Instructions for Use:
This medication is for external use only. Wash your hands before use. Tilt your head back, pull down the lower eyelid to create a small pocket, and instil one drop into the affected eye(s). Close your eyes for 1-2 minutes and apply gentle pressure to the corner of the eye (near the nose) to prevent the medication from draining out.
Warning
- Do not use if you are allergic to Latanoprost, Timolol, or any other ingredients in the eye drops.
- Not recommended for individuals with a history of respiratory problems such as asthma, as it may worsen breathing issues.
- Consult your doctor before using this medication if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- Remove contact lenses before using the eye drops and wait at least 15 minutes before reinserting them.
- Common side effects include eye pain, irritation, redness, and visual disturbances. If these symptoms persist or worsen, seek medical advice.
