Warning

• Hyperkalemia: Inspra can cause high potassium levels in the blood. Monitor potassium levels regularly.
• Kidney Disease: Do not use in patients with severe kidney disease or those with creatinine clearance less than 30 mL/min.
• Liver Disease: Use with caution in patients with liver disease.
• Drug Interactions: Avoid using with strong CYP3A inhibitors (e.g., ketoconazole, itraconazole, ritonavir) as they can increase eplerenone levels.
• Pregnancy and Breastfeeding: Consult a healthcare provider if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
• Side Effects: Common side effects include headache, dizziness, diarrhoea, nausea, and increased potassium levels.
