Cipro Inta 500mg Tablets, a broad-spectrum antibiotic belonging to the fluoroquinolone class. These tablets are used to treat various bacterial infections by inhibiting the bacterial DNA essential for the bacterial DNA replication, transcription, repair, and recombination. Active Substances: Ciprofloxacin Hydrochloride 500mg per tablet.

Suggested Use
Cipro Inta 500mg Tablets are prescribed for treating:
- Respiratory tract infections (e.g., bronchitis, pneumonia)
- Urinary tract infections (UTIs)
- Skin and soft tissue infections
- Gastrointestinal infections
- Bone and joint infections
- Infections caused by certain bacteria, such as anthrax and plague.
Dosage:
- Adults: Take one tablet (500mg) orally every 12 hours, with or without food. Swallow the tablet whole with a full glass of water. Avoid taking it with dairy products or calcium-fortified juices.
- Duration: Complete the full course of treatment as prescribed, even if symptoms improve. The typical duration is 7-14 days, depending on the infection.
Warning
- Common Side Effects: Nausea, diarrhoea, dizziness, and headache.
- Serious Side Effects: Tendon rupture, nerve damage, severe mood changes, and irregular heartbeat. Seek immediate medical attention if you experience any of these symptoms.
- Contraindications: Not recommended for children and adolescents under 18 years old, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and individuals with a history of tendon disorders.
- Precautions: Inform your doctor if you have a history of heart problems, kidney or liver disease, seizures, or any muscle disorders
