Apdrops Eye Drops is an antibiotic eye drop used to treat bacterial infections of the eye. It relieves pain, redness, itching, and soreness caused by bacterial eye infections. Active Substances: Moxifloxacin (0.5% w/v)

Suggested Use

Apdrops Eye Drops is used to manage:

  1. Bacterial Conjunctivitis: Infection of the transparent membrane (conjunctiva) that lines the eyelid and covers the white part of the eyeball.
  2. Bacterial Keratitis: Infection of the cornea.
  3. Corneal Ulcers: Open sores on the cornea.
Dosage:
  • For Adults and Children (Above 1 Year): Instil 1 drop into the affected eye(s) 3 times a day.
  • For Infants (Below 1 Year): Dosage should be determined by a doctor based on the child’s age and body weight.
  • Duration: Use the drops for the full duration prescribed by your doctor, even if symptoms improve.

Warning

  • Consult your doctor before using Apdrops Eye Drops if you are pregnant.
  • Consult your doctor before using Apdrops Eye Drops if you are breastfeeding.
  •  Do not wear contact lenses while using these eye drops.
  • Use caution as the drops may cause temporary blurring of vision.
  • Common side effects include eye discomfort, dry eyes, and a burning sensation. If these persist, consult your doctor.
