Suggested Use

- Secure with Secondary Dressing: Cover the ActivHeal® Aquafiber Extra Dressing with an appropriate secondary dressing to keep it in place.
- Change as Needed: The dressing can remain in situ for up to 7 days, depending on the level of exudate. Change the dressing when it becomes saturated or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Caution
- Avoid Use on Dry Wounds: ActivHeal® Aquafiber Extra Dressing is designed for moderate to heavily exuding wounds and should not be used on dry wounds.
- Monitor for Allergic Reactions: Patients with known allergies to alginate or CMC should avoid using this dressing. Discontinue use if any signs of allergic reaction occur.
