Suggested Use
Triplixam is indicated for:
- Treatment of essential hypertension in adults.
- Patients requiring combination therapy with perindopril, indapamide, and amlodipine when blood pressure is not adequately controlled with individual components.
Dosage:
- Usual Dose: One tablet taken once daily, preferably in the morning before a meal.
- The dosage may vary based on the patient’s clinical condition, response to treatment, and tolerance.
Warning
- Triplixam should not be used in patients with a known hypersensitivity to any of its components or those with severe renal impairment.
- Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding is not recommended unless deemed necessary by a healthcare professional.
- Potential side effects may include dizziness, headache, fatigue, or hypotension. Patients should be monitored for these effects, especially after initiating therapy or increasing the dose.
