Triplixam 5/1.25/10 is a combination medication used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension). It contains three active substances: Perindopril (5 mg), Indapamide (1.25 mg), and Amlodipine (10 mg).The combination of these three active substances offers an effective solution for controlling blood pressure by addressing multiple mechanisms that contribute to hypertension.

Suggested Use
Triplixam is indicated for:
- Treatment of essential hypertension.
- Management of heart failure in conjunction with other therapies.
- Patients already stabilized on perindopril/indapamide and amlodipine can transition to this fixed-dose combination for convenience.
Dosage:
The typical dosage for adults is:
- One tablet daily, preferably taken in the morning before a meal.
Dosage adjustments should be made by a healthcare provider based on individual patient needs and response to treatment.
Warning
- Avoid using this medication if you are allergic to any of its components.
- Not recommended for use during pregnancy, especially in the second and third trimesters, as it may harm the fetus.
- Consult your doctor before using this medication if you are breastfeeding.
- Common side effects include headache, dizziness, weakness, cough, diarrhoea, back pain, and sleepiness. Avoid driving or operating machinery if you experience dizziness.
- Consumption of alcohol is not recommended during treatment with Triplixam 5/1.25/10 as it may increase the risk of side effects such as dizziness and very low blood pressure.
