Triplixam 10/2.5/10 is used primarily for the management of hypertension (high blood pressure). It combines three active substances: Perindopril arginine 10mg, Indapamide 2.5mg, and Amlodipine besilate 10mg. This fixed-dose combination offers complementary mechanisms to effectively control blood pressure.

Triplixam is indicated for:
- Treatment of essential hypertension

Dosage:
The typical dosage for adults is one film-coated tablet taken once daily, preferably in the morning before a meal. It is crucial not to double the dose if a dose is missed; instead, continue with the next scheduled dose as prescribed by a healthcare provider
