Cetlevo-M Tablets are indicated for the relief of symptoms related to allergic rhinitis, such as sneezing, runny nose, and itchy or watery eyes. They are also effective in treating skin allergies including urticaria (hives) and reactions to insect bites, as well as alleviating symptoms from dust and pet allergies. Active Substances: Levocetirizine Dihydrochloride 5 mg and Montelukast Sodium 10 mg per tablet.

Suggested Use

Cetlevo-M Tablets are used to treat:

  1. Seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis, including sneezing, nasal congestion, and itchy or watery eyes.
  2. Management of chronic urticaria, characterized by persistent hives and itching.

Dosage:

  • Adults and children over 6 years: One tablet daily, taken orally with or without food.
  • Children aged 2 to 6 years: Consult a healthcare provider for appropriate dosing.
  • Elderly patients and those with kidney or liver impairments: Dosage adjustments may be necessary; consult a healthcare professional.

Warning

  • Allergies: Do not use if you have known hypersensitivity to Levocetirizine, Montelukast, or any other components of this medication.
  • Pregnancy and breastfeeding: Consult your doctor before use if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding.
  • Kidney and liver impairment: Use cautiously and under medical supervision if you have severe kidney or liver issues.
