Suggested Use
Cetlevo 5mg Tablets are used for:
- Managing symptoms of allergic rhinitis such as runny nose, sneezing, and watery eyes.
- Providing relief from urticaria (itchy, raised, red welts on the skin).
- Alleviating itching and rash associated with various allergic skin conditions.
Dosage:
- Adults and children aged 6 years and older: Take one tablet (5mg) once daily.
- Children aged 2-6 years: The dosage should be determined by a doctor based on the child’s weight.
- Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water. Avoid crushing or chewing the tablet.
Take the tablet at the same time each day.
Warning
- Allergies: Do not use if allergic to Levocetirizine, cetirizine, hydroxyzine, or any other tablet ingredients.
- Kidney Impairment: Use with caution; dosage adjustment is necessary for patients with impaired renal function.
- Alcohol: Avoid alcohol consumption as it may increase drowsiness.
- Activities Requiring Alertness: Exercise caution while driving or operating machinery, as the medication may cause drowsiness in some individuals.
- Pregnancy and Breastfeeding: Consult a healthcare professional before use.
- Children: Not recommended for children under 6 years of age.
