Candid B Cream is a topical medication specifically formulated to treat various fungal skin infections, particularly those complicated by inflammation. It combines two active substances: Clotrimazole (1.0%) and Beclometasone (0.025%).

Suggested Use
Candid B Cream is used to treat various fungal skin infections, including:
- Athlete’s foot (Tinea pedis): Fungal infection of the feet.
- Jock itch (Tinea cruris): Fungal infection of the groin area.
- Ringworm (Tinea corporis): Fungal infection of the body.
- Yeast infections: Caused by Candida species.
- Intertrigo: Inflammation of skin folds.
Dosage:
- Apply a thin layer of Candid B Cream to the affected area 2 to 3 times daily.
- Cleanse the skin thoroughly before application.
- Avoid contact with eyes, nose, mouth, and other sensitive areas.
- Continue using the cream for the full prescribed duration, even if symptoms improve, to prevent recurrence.
Warning
- Do not use:
- On broken or open wounds.
- For ophthalmic use or on mucous membranes.
- If you are allergic to clotrimazole, beclomethasone, or any other ingredients in the cream.
- Caution:
- Use with caution in children under 12 years unless prescribed.
- Avoid prolonged use, especially on the face, to prevent skin thinning.
- Side effects:
- Possible mild irritation, redness, or burning sensation at the application site.
- Rarely, long-term use may lead to skin thinning or discolouration.
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding:
- Use only if clearly needed and prescribed by a doctor.
- Storage:
- Store at a temperature below 30 °C. Protect from light and moisture.
Consult Your Doctor If:
- Symptoms persist or worsen after 2 weeks of use.
- You experience severe irritation, swelling, or allergic reactions.
