Acepar SP Tablets combines three active ingredients to provide effective relief from pain, inflammation, and swelling. It is commonly used to manage musculoskeletal pain, joint disorders, and post-surgical inflammation. Active Substances: Aceclofenac 100mg, Paracetamol 500mg and Serratiopeptidase 15mg per tablet.

Suggested Use

Acepar SP Tablets are used for the short-term relief of pain, inflammation, and swelling in conditions such as:

  1. Rheumatoid arthritis
  2. Osteoarthritis
  3. Muscle pain
  4. Joint pain
  5. Postoperative pain
  6. Sprains and strains
  7. Bursitis and tendonitis
  8. Acute gout
  9. Dysmenorrhea
  10. Migraine
  11. Postoperative oedema.
Dosage:

The typical dosage for adults is one tablet taken twice daily with water. It’s best to take the medication with food or milk to reduce the risk of stomach upset. Always follow your doctor’s instructions and do not exceed the recommended dose.

Warning

  • Common Side Effects: Nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, heartburn, and diarrhoea.
  • Serious Side Effects: Severe allergic reactions, liver problems, and severe dizziness. Seek medical attention immediately if you experience any severe side effects.
  • Pregnancy and Breastfeeding: Acepar SP Tablets are not recommended if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • Long-term Use: Long-term use may lead to serious complications such as stomach bleeding and kidney problems. Your doctor may regularly monitor your kidney function, liver function, and levels of blood components if you are taking this medicine for long-term treatment.
