Acepar Plus Tablets combine Aceclofenac and Thiocolchicoside to relieve pain and muscle spasms. Aceclofenac provides strong anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving effects, while Thiocolchicoside relaxes muscles, delivering effective relief from discomfort and stiffness.Active Substances: Aceclofenac 100 mg and Thiocolchicoside 4 mg per tablet.

Suggested Use
Acepar Plus Tablets are indicated for the management of:
- Acute musculoskeletal pain
- Low back pain
- Cervical spondylosis
- Osteoarthritis with associated muscle spasm
- Rheumatoid arthritis
- Ankylosing spondylitis
Dosage:
- Adults: Take 1 tablet twice daily, preferably after meals, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Dosage should be adjusted based on tolerability and existing medical conditions for the elderly.
Warning
- Contraindications:
- Known allergy to any component of the tablet.
- History of severe allergic reactions to NSAIDs or pain relievers.
- Active gastrointestinal ulcers or bleeding.
- Severe heart, liver, or kidney disease.
- Pregnancy (especially in the third trimester) and breastfeeding without consulting a healthcare provider.
- Side Effects:
- Common: Nausea, vomiting, dizziness, stomach pain, constipation, diarrhoea.
- Serious: Severe allergic reactions, liver dysfunction, gastrointestinal bleeding.
- General Precautions:
- Monitor for signs of gastrointestinal bleeding (e.g., black tarry stools).
