Celcoxx 200mg Capsules are used to manage acute pain, treat osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis, relieve symptoms of ankylosing spondylitis, and manage primary dysmenorrhea (painful menstrual periods). The recommended dosage for osteoarthritis is 200mg per day, either as a single dose or as 100mg twice a day. For rheumatoid arthritis, the recommended dosage is 100mg to 200mg twice a day. For ankylosing spondylitis, the recommended dosage is 200mg per day, either as a single dose or as 100mg twice a day. For acute pain and primary dysmenorrhea, the initial dose is 400mg, followed by an additional 200mg if needed on the first day. On subsequent days, the recommended dosage is 200mg twice a day as needed.

Celecoxib can increase the chances of serious heart problems, heart attack, and stroke, which can be deadly. This risk is higher if you use it for a long time, especially if you have heart disease or risk factors for heart disease. Celecoxib can also lead to severe stomach and intestinal problems like bleeding, ulcers, and perforation, which can be fatal. These problems can occur at any time without warning signs. If you are allergic to sulfonamides, aspirin, or other NSAIDs, do not use Celecoxib. If you have liver problems, monitor your liver function. Be cautious if you have advanced kidney disease and monitor your kidney function. Avoid using Celecoxib in the late stages of pregnancy as it may harm the baby. It is also not recommended while breastfeeding. Do not combine Celecoxib with other NSAIDs as it increases the risk of side effects.
