Do not take Acepar SP Tablets if you are allergic to paracetamol, aceclofenac, serratiopeptidase, or any ingredients in the medicine. Avoid if you’ve had severe allergic reactions to painkillers like ibuprofen or aspirin. Don’t use if you have a history of stomach ulcers, heart disease, kidney or liver issues. It’s not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Avoid alcohol and driving while taking Acepar SP Tablets.
