Flexilor 8mg Tablets contain Lornoxicam, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that relieves pain and inflammation from muscle and joint problems. It acts quickly and has fewer gastrointestinal side effects than other NSAIDs. Active Ingredient: Lornoxicam 8 mg.

Suggested Use
Flexilor 8mg Tablets are primarily used for:
- Pain relief in conditions such as osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis
- Managing acute musculoskeletal pain
- Treating mild to moderate pain following surgical procedures
Adults: The usual recommended dose is 8-16 mg daily, divided into two doses. Flexilor tablets should be taken with a full glass of water, ideally before meals to reduce gastrointestinal side effects.
Warning
- Avoid use if you have a known allergy to Lornoxicam, aspirin, or other NSAIDs.
- May cause stomach ulcers, bleeding, or perforation. Use with caution in patients with a history of gastrointestinal disorders.
- Dose adjustments may be required for patients with kidney or liver problems. Monitor kidney and liver function regularly.
- Use with caution in patients with cardiovascular disease or risk factors such as hypertension, as NSAIDs may increase the risk of heart attack or stroke.
- Avoid use during pregnancy, especially in the third trimester, and breastfeeding unless clearly needed.
- Inform your healthcare provider of other medications you are taking to avoid potential interactions, especially with anticoagulants, corticosteroids, or other NSAIDs.
- Common side effects may include nausea, dyspepsia, headache, and dizziness. Seek medical attention if you experience severe stomach pain, signs of an allergic reaction, or unusual bleeding.
