Momate AZ Nasal Spray 50mcg/140mcg is a dual-action treatment for seasonal and year-round allergies. It combines Mometasone Furoate (50mcg), a corticosteroid that reduces nasal inflammation, and Azelastine Hydrochloride (140mcg), an antihistamine that alleviates sneezing, itching, and a runny nose.

Suggested Use
Momate AZ Nasal Spray is used for:
- Treating symptoms of seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis, including nasal congestion, sneezing, and runny nose
- Reducing inflammation and swelling in the nasal passages.
Dosage
The recommended dosage for Momate AZ Nasal Spray is:
- Adults and children aged 12 years and older: Two sprays in each nostril once daily. The dosage may be adjusted based on the severity of symptoms and the response to treatment.
Warning
- Do not use if you are allergic to Mometasone, Azelastine, or any other ingredients in the spray. Seek immediate medical attention if you experience symptoms of an allergic reaction, such as rash, itching, or swelling.
- Inform your doctor if you have any nasal conditions, such as nasal ulcers, surgery, or trauma, as this medication may not be suitable.
- Common side effects include nasal irritation, sore throat, nosebleeds, and upper respiratory tract infections. Serious side effects may include severe nosebleeds, vision problems, and signs of infection5.
- : Consult your doctor if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding before using this medication.
- Prolonged use of corticosteroids can lead to thinning skin, easy bruising, and other systemic effects. Use the medication as prescribed and do not exceed the recommended dosage.
