Januvia 50mg Tablets are used for:
- Improving glycemic control in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus
- Can be used alone or in combination with other antidiabetic medications such as metformin, sulfonylureas, or insulin when diet and exercise alone are not sufficient.

Warning
- Do not use Januvia 50mg Tablets if you are allergic to sitagliptin or any other ingredients in the tablet.
- This medication is not intended for the treatment of type 1 diabetes or diabetic ketoacidosis.
- Inform your doctor if you have any kidney problems, as this medication may need to be adjusted or discontinued.
- Possible side effects include upper respiratory infection, headache, and stomach upset. Severe side effects may include pancreatitis, allergic reactions, and kidney problems. If you experience severe side effects, contact your healthcare provider immediately.
