Duphaston is indicated for the management of:
- Dysmenorrhea: Painful menstruation.

- Irregular Menstrual Cycles: To help regulate menstrual periods.
- Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS): To alleviate symptoms associated with PMS.
- Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding: Often in conjunction with estrogen therapy.
- Secondary Amenorrhea: Absence of menstruation due to hormonal issues.
Dosage:
The dosage varies based on the condition being treated:
- Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding: 10 mg twice daily for 5 to 7 days.
- Secondary Amenorrhea: 10 mg twice daily from day 11 to day 25 of the menstrual cycle.
- Premenstrual Syndrome: 10 mg twice daily from day 12 to day 26.
- Endometriosis: Dosage may be adjusted according to clinical response.
