Diclodenk 100mg Retard Tablets are a sustained-release form of NSAID used for pain and inflammation management. They slowly release the active ingredient, offering consistent relief for a longer period. Active Substance: Diclofenac Sodium 100mg (sustained-release).

Suggested Use
Diclodenk 100mg Retard Tablets are indicated for the following:
- Relief of pain and inflammation in conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis.
- Management of musculoskeletal pain, including back pain and soft tissue injuries.
- Treatment of acute gout attacks.
- Relief of postoperative and post-traumatic inflammation and pain.
- Alleviation of dysmenorrhea (menstrual pain).
Dosage:
- Adults and Adolescents (over 14 years): One tablet daily (100mg), preferably taken with food or after meals.
- Maximum Dose: Do not exceed 100mg per day unless directed by a healthcare professional.
- Swallow the tablet whole with water; do not crush, chew, or break it.
Note: Dosage adjustments may be required in patients with renal or hepatic impairment.
Warning
- Avoid use if allergic to diclofenac, aspirin, or other NSAIDs.
- Prolonged use may increase the risk of cardiovascular events like heart attack or stroke.
- Can cause gastric ulcers, bleeding, or perforation. Use with caution in patients with a history of GI issues.
- Regular monitoring is advised for patients with impaired renal or hepatic function.
- Not recommended during the third trimester of pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
- Avoid concurrent use with anticoagulants, corticosteroids, or other NSAIDs unless prescribed.
- Common Side Effects: Nausea, indigestion, headache, dizziness, and abdominal pain.
- Rare: Severe allergic reactions, blood disorders, liver dysfunction, or kidney impairment.
