The Budesma 200mcg Inhaler is a medicine prescribed to manage and prevent asthma symptoms like wheezing and difficulty breathing. It contains budesonide, a corticosteroid that helps reduce inflammation and swelling in the airways, making it easier to breathe. Each actuation of the inhaler contains 200 mcg of budesonide.

Suggested Use
Budesma 200mcg Inhaler treats asthma and stops asthma symptoms in adults and children 6 and older.
- If you’re 12 or older, take 1-2 puffs two times a day.
- If you’re 6-12, take 1 puff two times a day.
Your doctor may change the dose based on how severe your asthma is and how you respond to treatment. To get the best results, use the inhaler regularly, even if you don’t have symptoms.
Warning
- Do not use the inhaler if you are allergic to budesonide or any other ingredients.
- Budesonide can weaken your immune system, increasing the risk of infections. Avoid exposure to chickenpox or measles.
- Long-term use may lead to vision issues, decreased bone density, and adrenal gland suppression.
- Gradually reduce the medication under medical supervision to prevent withdrawal symptoms.
- In children, long-term use may slow down growth.
- Consult a healthcare provider before using the inhaler if pregnant or breastfeeding.
