For adults and children over 12 years

Take 1 white tablet every 4–6 hours during the day (maximum 3 white tablets in 24 hours)

Take 1 blue tablet at night

Swallow tablets whole with water; do not chew

Do not exceed the stated dose or take with other paracetamol-containing products
Caution
- Prolonged use or overdose may cause serious liver damage; seek immediate medical help if this occurs.
- Avoid if you have severe liver or kidney problems, or are allergic to any ingredient.
- May cause drowsiness or restlessness; do not drive or operate machinery if affected.
- Consult your doctor if you have prostate problems, epilepsy, or vascular disease.
- Not suitable for children under 12 years, or during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
- Do not take with other medicines containing paracetamol.
- Avoid alcohol while using this medicine.
What's In It
The active ingredients in Benylin Day and Night tablets are: Day Tablets: 500 mg Paracetamol and 60 mg, Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride. Night Tablets: 500 mg Paracetamol and 25 mg Diphenhydramine hydrochloride.
