Suggested Use
Always Ultra-Thin pads have adhesive strips to attach securely to your panties. Remove the paper backing and press the sticky side of the pad onto your underwear. Now remove the paper holding the wings (flaps that fold over the side) together and wrap them around the underside of your panties.
Caution
Even though Always Ultra-Thin pads provide long lasting protection, we recommend changing your pad every 3 to 4 hours on average during the day for ultimate freshness and comfort.
