Suggested Use

Wound Cleansing:Dilute two and a half teaspoons (12.5ml) of Dettol Liquid in 1/2 pint (1/4 litre) of water and wash the affected area. Alternatively, wash the area with one tablespoonful of Dettol diluted in a half pint of water and cover with dry gauze or lint.
Personal Hygiene/Douching:Dilute two teaspoonfuls (10ml) of Dettol in two pints (1L) of warm water.
Dandruff:Dilute one tablespoonful of Dettol in one pint of warm water. Saturate hair and scalp for 10 minutes, then shampoo.
Spots & Pimples:Bathe the affected area daily with one tablespoonful of Dettol diluted in half a pint of warm water (not for eczematous conditions).
Surface & floor disinfection:Use one capful (13.5ml) of Dettol Antiseptic Liquid in 270ml of water. Then dip a clean napkin or mop into the mixture and apply on your surfaces for disinfection.
For bathing:Use one capful (13.5ml) of Dettol Antiseptic Liquid diluted in 2.7Litres of water to disinfect bathing water.
For Laundry:Wash your clothes with one capful (13.5ml) of Dettol Antiseptic Liquid diluted in 540ml of water.

Not recommended for use around cats
Do not use after the expiry date printed on the bottle.
Keep out of reach of children unless adult supervision.
Do not use Dettol Liquid on eczema or similar dry skin conditions.
Do not use if you are allergic to Chloroxylenol or any of the other ingredients.
Do not swallow.If swallowed, wash out mouth and drink plenty of water or milk.
Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact with eyes, wash thoroughly with cold water. If persistent irritation occurs, seek medical attention.
