Fucicort Cream is a topical treatment containing 2% fusidic acid (an antibiotic) and 0.1% betamethasone (a corticosteroid). It is used for inflammatory skin conditions with a risk of infection, helping to reduce inflammation, redness, and itching while combating bacterial infections.

Suggested Use
Fucicort Cream is indicated for:
- Inflammatory skin conditions such as eczema, dermatitis, and psoriasis that are complicated by secondary bacterial infections.
- Skin infections where inflammation and redness are present.
Adults and Children: Apply a thin layer of Fucicort Cream to the affected area 1-2 times daily, depending on the severity of the condition. Use should be limited to a maximum of 2 weeks without medical advice. Avoid occlusive dressings unless directed by a healthcare professional.
Warning
- Do not use on open wounds, acne, or viral skin infections (e.g., herpes, chickenpox).
- Prolonged use may lead to skin thinning, stretch marks, or secondary infections.
- Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
- If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.
- Use in pregnancy and lactation should be discussed with a doctor.
