Bisoprolol 10mg Tablets are used to treat high blood pressure and heart conditions like angina and heart failure. Bisoprolol lowers blood pressure, eases heart strain, and enhances heart function for better cardiovascular health. Contains Bisoprolol fumarate 10mg per tablet.

Suggested Use
Bisoprolol fumarate 10mg is used to treat high blood pressure, chest pain due to heart disease, and chronic heart failure.
The starting dose for hypertension and angina is 5mg once daily, which can be increased to 10mg once daily. The maximum dose is 20mg once daily.
For chronic heart failure, the treatment starts with 1.25mg once daily and gradually increases to 10mg once daily, depending on tolerance.
Warning
- Do not take it if you have severe asthma, blood circulation problems, certain heart conditions, or are allergic to bisoprolol.
- Consult your doctor if you have diabetes, thyroid disorders, kidney or liver problems, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- Common side effects include fatigue, dizziness, headache, and feeling cold.
- Less common side effects include sleep disturbances, depression, and a slower heart rate.
- Rare side effects include severe allergic reactions, worsening of heart failure, and bronchospasm.
- Inform your doctor about all medications you are taking, as bisoprolol can interact with other drugs.
Always follow your doctor’s instructions and do not adjust the dose without consulting them. If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember, but do not double the dose.
