Instructions for Use:

- Exhale fully.
- Place the mouthpiece in your mouth and close your lips around it.
- Inhale deeply and steadily through the mouthpiece.
- Hold your breath for about 10 seconds, then exhale slowly.
- Rinse your mouth with water after use to prevent infections.

- Do not exceed the prescribed dosage.
- Use with caution in patients with cardiovascular disorders, diabetes, or thyroid problems.
