Suggested Use

Brushing: Apply a pea-sized amount to a soft-bristled toothbrush. Brush teeth thoroughly for at least 1 minute, twice a day, preferably after meals.

Dab-On Application: For fast relief, squeeze a pea-sized amount onto a clean fingertip and gently rub onto each sensitive area for 1 minute before brushing (max 2 times/day).
