Parol Tablets contain 500mg of paracetamol, an over-the-counter medication that relieves mild to moderate pain, such as headaches, muscle aches, toothaches, and fever from colds and flu.

Suggested Use
Parol Tablets are used for:
- Relief of mild to moderate pain (e.g., headaches, migraines, back pain, and arthritis).
- Reduction of fever associated with colds, flu, and other infections.
- Alleviation of pain due to toothaches, menstrual cramps, and muscle aches.
Dosage:
- Adults and Children Over 12 Years: 1-2 tablets every 4-6 hours as needed, up to a maximum of 8 tablets in 24 hours.
- Children Aged 6-12 Years: Half to 1 tablet every 4-6 hours as needed, up to a maximum of 4 tablets in 24 hours.
Do not exceed the recommended dose.
Warning
- Do not use if allergic to paracetamol or any of the tablet’s ingredients.
- Avoid taking other products containing paracetamol to prevent overdose.
- Consult a doctor before use if you have liver or kidney impairment.
- Seek medical advice if symptoms persist for more than 3 days or worsen.
- Not recommended for use in children under 6 years without medical advice.
- Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult their healthcare provider before use.
Rarely, paracetamol may cause side effects such as skin rash, itching, or liver issues. Discontinue use and seek medical attention if any allergic reaction or unusual symptoms occur.
