Oilatum Plus Antiseptic Bath Emollient is a specially formulated bath treatment intended for individuals with eczema-prone skin that is at risk of becoming infected. It is suitable for adults, children, and babies over 6 months old. This emollient helps to soothe and moisturize dry skin while reducing the risk of infection. It contains light liquid paraffin to lock in moisture, and antibacterial agents benzalkonium chloride and triclosan to combat bacteria that may exacerbate eczema.

Suggested Use
- Dilution: Always dilute Oilatum Plus Antiseptic Bath Emollient with water before use.
- Dosage:
- Adults and Children Over 2 Years: Add 2 capfuls (20ml) to an 8-inch (20cm) bath or 1 capful (10ml) to a 4-inch (10cm) bath.
- Infants Over 6 Months: Add 1ml to a baby bath containing approximately 15 litres of water.
- Bathing: Soak the affected skin areas for 10–15 minutes, then gently pat dry with a towel.
Post-Bath Care: Rinse the bath drain with warm water to prevent residue buildup. Clean the bath with a degreasing agent if necessary.
Warning
- Allergic Reactions: Do not use if you have had a skin reaction or allergy to any ingredients.
- Skin Irritation: Contains benzalkonium chloride, which may cause skin reactions. Avoid undiluted contact with skin or eyes.
- Eye Irritation: If product gets into eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water for 15 minutes and seek medical advice if irritation persists.
- Slippery Bath: Be cautious when entering or exiting the bath as it may become slippery.
- Pregnancy and Breastfeeding: Consult a doctor before use.
- Fire Hazard: Avoid smoking or exposure to naked flames as clothing or bedding with this product can catch fire easily.

Active ingredients: Light liquid paraffin 52.5% w/w, benzalkonium chloride 50% solution 12.0% w/w*, triclosan 2% w/w *equivalent to 6% benzalkonium chloride.
