Suggested Use
- Step 1: Chew one piece of Nicorette Gum slowly until you taste a peppery or tingling sensation.
- Step 2: Park the gum between your cheek and gums to allow the nicotine to be absorbed into your bloodstream.
- Step 3: When the tingling fades, chew the gum again to release more nicotine. Repeat the process for about 30 minutes.

Subcoating contains tuttifrutti QL8441, Hypromellose, sucralose, polysorbate 80, purified water
Coating contains xylitol, acacia, titanium dioxide (E171), tuttifrutti QL84441, carnauba wax, purified water
