Imodium Dual Action Relief Tablets offer fast, comprehensive relief from sudden diarrhoea while also soothing abdominal cramps, bloating, and wind, helping you regain comfort and control in as little as one hour. Each tablet combines loperamide hydrochloride, which slows down an overactive bowel to reduce diarrhoea, and simeticone, which breaks up trapped wind to ease discomfort.

Suggested Use

For adults over 18: Take 2 tablets initially, then 1 tablet after each further loose bowel movement.

For those aged 12–18: Take 1 tablet initially, then 1 after each loose bowel movement.

Do not exceed 4 tablets in 24 hours, and do not use for more than 2 days. Swallow tablets whole with water.
Caution
- Stop use and consult a doctor if symptoms persist beyond 48 hours, if you experience severe abdominal pain, swelling, or allergic reactions, or if you have liver disease or AIDS and your stomach becomes swollen.
- Do not take if you have ever had a bad reaction to any ingredients, or if you have severe diarrhoea after antibiotics, inflammatory bowel conditions, constipation, or acute dysentery.
- May interact with certain medications; always inform your healthcare provider about all medicines you take
- Not suitable for children under 12 years.
What's In It
Full ingredients: Each IMODIUM® Dual Action Relief tablet contains 2mg of Loperamide hydrochloride and contains Simeticone (equivalent to 125 mg dimeticone)
