- To clean your SkinGuard Sensitive razor, simply rinse the blades in water. Never tap your razor against a sink to remove trapped hairs or excess water as this can damage both the cartridge and the blades. Instead, rinse the blades for longer, moving from the back to the front of the cartridge to dislodge any debris.
