• Do not use it if you are allergic to any of the ingredients, including clarithromycin, amoxicillin, or esomeprazole.

• Misuse of antibiotics, such as clarithromycin or amoxicillin, can contribute to the development of antibiotic-resistant bacteria.

• Esclam Kit may interact with other medications, including warfarin, diazepam, and certain antifungal medications. Always inform your healthcare provider about other drugs you are taking.
• Use with caution in patients with impaired kidney function.
• Possible side effects include nausea, diarrhoea, headache, and abdominal pain. If you experience severe allergic reactions, including difficulty breathing or swelling of the face and throat, seek medical help immediately.
