Esclam Kit 7’s is a medication prescribed for adults to eliminate Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) infection. H. pylori is a bacteria that resides in the stomach and can lead to ulcers. This one-week treatment consists of three medications with the following active substances: Clarithromycin (500mg per dose) – an antibiotic, Esomeprazole (20mg per dose) – a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) that decreases stomach acid, and Amoxicillin (1000mg per dose) – another antibiotic.

- Treatment of peptic ulcers, including those associated with Helicobacter pylori infection.
- Management of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD).
- Eradication of Helicobacter pylori in combination with other medications, to help reduce the risk of ulcer recurrence.

Warning
- Do not use it if you are allergic to any of the ingredients, including clarithromycin, amoxicillin, or esomeprazole.

- Misuse of antibiotics, such as clarithromycin or amoxicillin, can contribute to the development of antibiotic-resistant bacteria.
- Consult your doctor before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- Esclam Kit may interact with other medications, including warfarin, diazepam, and certain antifungal medications. Always inform your healthcare provider about other drugs you are taking.
- Use with caution in patients with impaired kidney function.
- Possible side effects include nausea, diarrhoea, headache, and abdominal pain. If you experience severe allergic reactions, including difficulty breathing or swelling of the face and throat, seek medical help immediately.
