Dynapar Tablets combine two effective pain-relieving agents, Diclofenac Sodium (50 mg) and Paracetamol (500mg), providing fast and effective relief from pain and inflammation. The dual-action formula is designed to address a variety of conditions such as musculoskeletal pain, arthritis, and postoperative pain, offering both anti-inflammatory and analgesic benefits.

Suggested Use
Dynapar Tablets are indicated for:
- Relief of mild to moderate pain, such as headaches, dental pain, or musculoskeletal pain.
- Management of pain and inflammation in conditions like osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis.
- Reducing fever and relieving post-operative pain.
Dosage:
- Adults: One tablet 2-3 times daily, or as prescribed by a healthcare professional.
- Maximum Dose: Should not exceed 3 tablets per day unless advised by a doctor.
- Children: Not typically recommended for children without medical supervision.
Note: Take the tablet with food or after meals to minimize gastrointestinal side effects.
Warning
- Allergies: Avoid Dynapar Tablets if you are allergic to Diclofenac, Paracetamol, or any other NSAIDs.
- Pregnancy and Breastfeeding: This medication is not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding due to potential risks to the fetus and newborn.
- Alcohol: Consumption of alcohol is not recommended while taking Dynapar Tablets as it may increase the risk of side effects like confusion, dizziness, impaired judgment, and stomach bleeding.
- Medical Conditions: Use with caution if you have a history of stomach or intestinal bleeding, heart problems, asthma, or severe liver and kidney problems.
- Side Effects: Common side effects include nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, loss of appetite, heartburn, and diarrhoea. Consult your doctor if these side effects persist or worsen.
