Doloact Plus Tablets contain 100mg of Aceclofenac and 50,000 units of Trypsin-Chymotrypsin in a 6:1 ratio, effectively treating pain, inflammation, and swelling. Aceclofenac is an NSAID, while Trypsin-Chymotrypsin enhances anti-inflammatory effects for quicker relief and recovery.

Suggested Use

Doloact Plus Tablets are primarily used for:

  1. Relief from pain and inflammation in musculoskeletal conditions such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis.
  2. Managing pain, swelling, and stiffness in post-surgical recovery or injuries.
  3. Reducing inflammation and aiding tissue repair in soft-tissue injuries.

Adults: Take one tablet twice daily, preferably with meals to minimize gastric irritation. The dosage may be adjusted based on a physician’s advice and the severity of the condition.

Warning

  • Aceclofenac may cause gastrointestinal irritation, ulcers, or bleeding; patients with a history of GI issues should use this medication with caution.
  • Patients allergic to NSAIDs or enzyme-based drugs should avoid this medication.
  • Not recommended for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless directed by a healthcare professional.
  • Use with caution in patients with liver or kidney disease, and regular monitoring may be required.
  • Avoid concurrent use with other NSAIDs, anticoagulants, or blood pressure medications unless prescribed by a doctor.
