Diltigesic Gel 2% is a topical treatment for anal fissures. It has Diltiazem Hydrochloride, a substance that helps relax the anal sphincter, promoting healing and lessening discomfort.

Suggested Use
Diltigesic Gel 2% is used for:
- Treating anal fissures (tears in the lining of the anus)
- Relieving pain caused by anal fissures
- Reducing anal spasms
Apply a small amount of Diltigesic Gel 2% to the affected area once a day or as instructed by your doctor. Wash and dry the affected area before application. Wash your hands before and after use
Warning
- For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and mouth. In case of accidental contact, wash immediately with water.
- Do not use it if you are allergic to diltiazem or any other ingredients in the gel.
- Consult your doctor before using if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- Possible side effects include rectal bleeding, burning sensation, itching, irritation at the application site, and headache. If any of these symptoms persist or worsen, consult your doctor immediately
