Place the elasticated wrap over the knee area, ensuring that the elasticated rim is above the knee and the Cura-Heat logo faces the front.

Open the Cura-Heat sachet by hand (do not cut with scissors) and remove the heat pack.

Insert one heat pack only into the wrap pocket on both sides of the knee.

Always insert heat packs into the wrap pockets; do not apply directly to the skin.

There are sufficient heat packs for four single uses of one heat pack or two uses of two heat packs.

Cura-Heat Arthritis Pain will warm up gradually within approximately 30 minutes.

What's In It
