Suggested Use
Always Maxi Thick pads have adhesive strips to attach securely to your panties. Remove the paper backing and press the sticky side of the pad onto your underwear. Now remove the paper holding the wings (flaps that fold over the side) together and wrap them around the underside of your panties.
Caution
The frequency with which you change your sanitary pad depends on your flow. The heavier the flow, the more often you should change your sanitary pad to reduce the risk of leakage and irritation. Lighter flow will demand less frequent pad change. However, Always experts recommended that you change your sanitary pad every 4 to 6 hours on average during the day for complete protection.
