Tofla Suspension is a fast-acting pain relief and anti-inflammatory medicine specially formulated for children. It helps reduce pain, fever, and swelling caused by various conditions such as ear infections, sore throat, dental pain, and musculoskeletal disorders. Its gentle liquid form ensures easy swallowing and accurate dosing for young patients.
Active ingredient: Diclofenac Sodium (1.8mg/ml).

Suggested Use
Tofla Suspension is indicated for the:
- Reduction of fever associated with bacterial or viral infections.
- Management of inflammation and swelling due to musculoskeletal injuries or infections.
- Relief of mild to moderate pain such as headache, toothache, earache, or post-immunisation pain.

The usual dose is based on body weight, typically 1–3 mg/kg/day of Diclofenac Sodium divided into 2–3 doses.

Warning
- Consult a doctor if symptoms persist beyond 3 days.
- Not recommended for children under 1 year unless directed by a physician.
- Do not use if the child has a history of hypersensitivity to Diclofenac Sodium, aspirin, or other NSAIDs.
- Avoid use in children with active stomach ulcers, severe liver or kidney disease, or asthma triggered by NSAIDs.
- Possible side effects include nausea, stomach upset, or mild skin rash. Discontinue use and seek medical attention if severe reactions occur.
