Flexilor P8 combines Lornoxicam, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), with Paracetamol, an analgesic and antipyretic. Suggested Use
Flexilor P8 is indicated for the relief of mild to moderate pain and inflammation, including:
- Osteoarthritis
- Rheumatoid arthritis
- Musculoskeletal pain
- Post-operative pain
- Dental pain
- Acute lower back pain
Dosage should be prescribed by a healthcare professional. Take with a full glass of water, preferably after meals to reduce the risk of stomach upset.
Warning
- Do not take Flexilor P8 if you are allergic to Lornoxicam, Paracetamol, or any NSAIDs.
- Lornoxicam may increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers, and perforation. Use with caution if there is a history of GI issues.
- Use cautiously in patients with kidney or liver disorders, as both Lornoxicam and Paracetamol are metabolized by the liver.
- Avoid use during pregnancy, especially in the third trimester, and while breastfeeding unless recommended by a healthcare provider.
- Avoid concurrent use with other NSAIDs, anticoagulants, and alcohol to prevent adverse reactions.
- NSAIDs, including Lornoxicam, may increase the risk of cardiovascular events such as heart attack or stroke. Use with caution in patients with cardiovascular conditions.
- Common Side Effects: Nausea, headache, dizziness, and upset stomach.
- Severe (Seek medical attention): Signs of allergic reaction, GI bleeding, liver or kidney issues.
